About My Research

I research how religious and cultural assumptions of land entitlement impact the construction of identity and define community membership, most frequently within the context of contemporary Judaism. In August 2025, I'll complete my MPhil in Contextual Theologies and Interfaith Relations at Trinity College Dublin; my master's thesis investigates collectivist and individualist discourses surrounding the 'Disengagement' from the Gush Katif settlement bloc in 2005.

I earned my BA in Religious Studies, alongside Theatre/Communications, at Northwestern University. There,  I graduated summa cum laude and earned the Charisma Award for Compassionate Presence and Community Citizenship from the Department of Religious Studies, as well as membership to the Lambda Pi Eta National Communication Association. As an undergrad, I was awarded a grant from the Office of Undergraduate Research, and later mentored other students through all aspects of the grant process, from application to final creation.
